Cadet Portal

From the beginning of this year the RAF Air Cadets introduced the Cadet Portal.  The link below will take you to a FAQ leaflet about the portal for your information.

What activities do the Air Cadets do?

We get to do a huge variety of activities such as flying, gliding, target shooting, adventure training, sports, camps, drill, academic studies and lots of other things. There's never a dull moment.

Do I have to buy my own uniform?

No, we will provide you with uniform, you may have to provide your own shoes and boots though!

How old do I have to be to join?

You must be between 12 (in Year 8) and 16 years old to join.

When do you meet?

2267 squadron parade (meet) on Tuesday and Thursdays between 1900 and 2130. You can volunteer for as many or as few weekend and holiday camps, courses and activities as you like!

Where do you meet?

2267 Squadron are presently operating from building 2277 & the Force Development Squadron pending a new purpose built Sqn HQ hopefully due in the not too distant future. Don't worry if you don't know where to find us, we meet all new cadets at the guard room on their first few evenings!
